● Level 2 visit (uncommon) – length of visit will be 15 – 29 minutes. $65

● Level 3 visit (most common) – length of visit will be 30 – 44 minutes. $105

● Level 4 visit – visit length will be 45 – 59 minutes. $160

● Level 5 visit (VERY uncommon, these patients tend to be medically complex) – visit length 60 – 74 minutes. $230

● Level 2 visit – length of visit will be 10 – 19 minutes. $50

● Level 3 visit (most common) – visit length will be 20 – 29 minutes. $85

● Level 4 visit (for patients with more complex problems) – length of visit will be 30 – 39 minutes. $125

● Level 5 visit (MOST medically complicated patients) – visit length will be 40 – 54 minutes. $170

Visit must be paid for on date of service, and you’ll be able to get your receipt through the patient portal and submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. For those of you who I’ve seen before at another office, your first visit will have to be coded as a “New Patient” visit. Also, just as in other medical practices, if I don’t see you for 3 years after your last visit, you will again be considered as a new patient. Just an FYI!
